Congratulations to Hannah Southern who has just passed her Level 3 Chef de Partie apprenticeship.
Hannah, 22, from Darlington has been completing her apprenticeship at Darlington College whilst working with the team in the Clubhouse kitchen as Chef de Partie.
Lesley Wilson, Hannah's tutor at Darlington College, said: "Hannah has always given 100% and shown such commitment and determination in what has been a very difficult and challenging time. She has worked her way through all aspects of the programme and also achieved the NVQ L3 Professional Cookery qualification as well as the apprenticeship. She has had to prepare herself for the exams which she did thoroughly with great attention to detail in order to ensure that she did everything she could to achieve this positive outcome."
Ian Matfin, Rockliffe Hall’s Resort Executive Chef, said: “In the short time that I have worked at Rockliffe Hall, Hannah has showed a great attitude to work and is a very caring and hard-working person. This is a fantastic achievement, and just the start of what I’m sure will be a very successful career. A huge congratulations from myself and the kitchen team.”
We are all very proud of you Hannah – well done!
